Launching the Tenant Induction Manual

JHC launched the Tenant Induction Manual which is being distributed to its existing tenants and new tenants. The manual covers important information about leasing, house rules, property management and support and tenant support.

As standard practice, tenants are inducted when they take up occupancy at JHC buildings. However, this induction is carried out in a two hour session and this information can sometimes be forgotten afterwards. Tenants can now consult the manual whenever they are unsure about anything relating to their tenancy at JHC.

Tenant Services

JHC strives to deliver good value for money accommodation and service for all its customers.

In the design and construction of its buildings – whether upgrading projects or new developments – and in the quality of services that it provides to tenants, JHC has challenged conventional practice and has found new solutions, setting new standards that respond to tenants’ real needs and preferences. This approach establishes the foundation for shared respect, human dignity, and a culture of trust, which characterises all JHC’s interactions with tenants.
