Subsidy Guide

In partnership with the Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA), JHC can offer qualifying applicants the opportunity to rent their units at a reduced amount.

All you need to do is complete the application form and send it back to us with 3 months bank statements and a copy of your South African ID or Permanent Residence Permit. We will then submit it through to SHRA for approval.
